Your Dictations and Transcriptions
Tech S2 is committed to providing you with a safe and private environment to upload, transcribe, review, edit and store your transcriptions.  All of your dictations are password protected and are not visible to others unless you explicitly provide them with your Account or Speaker ID and the associated password.  Tech S2 uses the email addresses provided only to facilitate your requests to send your transcription to your stored email address and for no other purpose. We will not use the addresses described in this section for any other purpose and will not disclose the addresses you provide to any third party.

Your Personal Information
Tech S2 only uses your personal information to conduct business with you. Your personally identifiable information will not be rented, sold or shared with any third party, except as described in this Privacy Statement or as otherwise agreed by you. Tech S2 may disclose information it has collected from any member of the Service and/or content any member has made available on the Service when it believes in good faith that the law or legal process requires it, to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, or when it is necessary to do so to protect the rights or property of Tech S2 or others.

If Tech S2 becomes involved in a merger, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all of its assets, we will provide notice before personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Information We Collect and How We Use It

Information You Explicitly Provide
In order to establish your account, you will be asked to provide certain personally identifiable information to us, such as your name, mailing and email address and phone number. We will use that information to send you invoices for use of the service and to process and communicate with you concerning any dictation you may submit, and to enable services for your mobile device.  We may use this information to make improvements to our service or customize your service experience.

We use aggregate non-personal information (i.e. information that does not include personally identifiable data) for statistical analysis of user behavior, product development, content improvement and marketing, promotional and advertising purposes. We may also make that aggregate non-personal information available to select third party partners.

Cookies
If you do not have cookies enabled for our site in your browser, you will not be able to use the service.  We use cookies to identify a logged in session for a period of time.  After that time has expired, the cookie is automatically removed from your browser and you will be requested to log on and provide your credentials and the next point you interact with the service.  This is done to protect access to your dictation and transcription data.

Log information
When you use our services, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website. These server logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser.

User communications
When you send email or other communication to us, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services.

Your Copyrights
Tech S2 respects the intellectual property rights of others. We claim no ownership rights in any dictation or the resulting transcription contained in any of your transactions with the Service and we will not share your dictations and their resulting transcriptions unless instructed by you or otherwise required by law.

Updates and Security

Correcting / Updating your information
If you want to review or change any information you previously provided to us, please go to the "Manage My Account" section of the site for account information or to “Manage My Transcriptions” for speaker ID information.

De-Activating Your CaseScribe Account
If you want to de-activate your account with Tech S2, please send an email to support@casescribe.com with your request. Your account will be de-activated and you will no longer receive communications from us; however, we will keep your account information in our database for record-keeping purposes only.

Security
The Service has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. We have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Statement, access to that data is limited to authorized Tech S2 staff members and is further restricted by password protection mechanisms. By default, all dictations placed on our site are done on a secure server that encrypts all information through SSL.
